Gaby and her office saved us an enormous amount of time and frustration when we applied for both our initial  temporary residency and for the renewal. This service is worth every peso and penny! I have talked to people who are doing it themselves, and have read many accounts on social media from DIYers - they are spending so much more time than we did and not always getting anywhere with the process. GP Expats got us visa, canje, and renewal appointments on dates that were convenient for us, and in the locations that worked for us.  After seeing post after post about other people struggling to get appointments, we were amazed at the speed and efficiency of Gaby’s office in getting ours booked. We had great experiences with Ron, the delightful employee who accompnied us to INM for the appointments. He helped us feel at ease throughout the process at the office. I want to thank Gaby and all her staff for all the help on our temporary residency. Your team go above and beyond to ensure that we have all the information needed, are prepared for the meeting, and have no surprises. Today was the second time Ron has helped us through the residency process. Ron has done an amazing job both last year and this year at getting appointments, preparing the paperwork, and walking us through the process. Gaby, Ron, and her team are absolutely fantastic! We just completed our second residency renewal (a 3-year term) with them, and both experiences have been perfectly seamless. We first connected with Gaby after watching hundreds of YouTube videos on the topic, and even though we were drawn to other parts of Mexico, we felt confident obtaining our residency through her team in Guadalajara. Gaby and her team stay in sync with all needs via email and WhatsApp, responding to everything in a very timely fashion—and always in English. Ron is incredibly kind, patient, and calm; we never felt rushed or uncomfortable. They are all expert, professional, and genuinely friendly. We have researched "all things Mexico residency" for several years. While some prominent YouTubers suggest a facilitator isn't necessary, we strongly disagree. I highly recommend Gaby and her team. They were an invaluable resource in our effort to gain residency status in Mexico. It can be a stressful experience, but they are knowledgeable, capable, friendly, and very able to facilitate this process. I had a "snafu" with my application as an error occurred at the consulate office in the US, which delayed my residency card by several weeks. I am absolutely delighted with the service Gaby and Team provided. They supported me throughout the entire process from start to finish, making what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth and worry-free. Communication was excellent. Every piece of information arrived on time, was clear, and easy to understand. They carefully reviewed and prepared all of my documents, so everything was perfectly organized. At the INM, an unexpected complication arose regarding my birth name. Like many people, I normally do not include my birth name as part of a double surname. However, from the Mexican legal perspective, it is considered a necessary part of my surname. This created a discrepancy between the name in my passport and the one on my visa. Enrique who guided me through the appointment at the INM handled the situation immediately and very efficiently. He worked with the INM staff and arranged for the necessary corrections. Thanks to his professionalism and quick action, the issue was resolved, and I received my permit on time after just three hours. I am deeply grateful for their outstanding support. It was the best money I could have invested. I highly recommend Gaby and Team to anyone who wants professional, reliable, and genuinely caring assistance.
